Rift Rangers: A Fun and Challenging Bullet Heaven Experience

As a fan of comics and cartoons, I was immediately drawn to Rift Rangers' unique blend of Kamen Rider/Power Rangers Sentai aesthetic and cartoon-like visuals. The game's bullet heaven gameplay is engaging and entertaining, even if it may not be my go-to genre. With 13 levels of increasing difficulty, there's plenty of challenge to keep players engaged.

One of the standout features of Rift Rangers is its procedurally generated upgrades system. Each run yields new and exciting rewards, keeping the game fresh and exciting. By collecting XP from defeated enemies, players can unlock new Rift-Tech or upgrade their existing arsenal. The twist? Instead of using these attacks directly, you'll place them down on the battlefield and must avoid damage while they take out foes.

Rift-Tech turrets are a unique spin on traditional bullet heaven gameplay, offering a fresh and exciting way to experience this popular genre. As the Rangers, your goal is simple: protect Earth from waves of Master Brain's minions for 20 minutes of increasingly difficult combat.

While there are only two levels currently available in Rift Rangers, updates have already been rolled out with balance changes, new music tracks, and more. It's clear that the developers are committed to supporting this title and adding new content in the future.

If you're a fan of bullet heaven games or just looking for something new and exciting, Rift Rangers is definitely worth checking out. Even if it may not be my go-to genre, I appreciate the unique twist and challenge offered by this game.
